Electric wire rope hoist description:
CD1, MD1 type electric electric hoist with wire rope hold the characteristic as compact structure, light dead weight and easy operation. It can be installed on I-steel or working together with single beam crane, double beam crane, jib crane, bridge crane, gantry crane, arm cranes ,cantilever cranes and so on. It can also be used as a winch. CD1 type is single-speed while MD1 type has dual speed. The fast speed is for lifting, low speed can do precise loading and unloading, mounding of sand box, maintenance of machine tools etc.
Model CD MD Wire Rope Electric Hoist is a small-size lifting equipment, which can be mounted on single beam, bridge, gantry and arm cranes. With slight modification, it can also be used as a winch. It can be widely used in factories, harbors, warehouses and shops, and can improve working efficiency and conditions a lot.
ELectric wire rope hoist features:
1. Shell: light aluminum alloy shell shall be adopted which is light but hard and fit for the use in the terrible work environment with a high heat dissipation rate and all tightness design
2. Design: International advanced tide compact and nice.
3. Reduce: High strength hard gear surface, inclined gear driving with low noise.
4. Motor: Inside fit plane brake, double winding pole changing control motor, incorporate with reducer, suit higher classification.
5. Limit Switch: Can limit model operate safety.
6. Hook: Made of high-class alloy steel, it has high strength and high security; by using new design, weight will never escape.
